ABOUT THE RCIA PROGRAM
St. Thomas Aquinas Parish welcomes people into the Christian life and the Catholic Community through RCIA, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. RCIA is a learning and loving process in which conversion of heart, inspired by the Holy Spirit, brings adults to Jesus Christ, our Risen Savior. The RCIA program is for any adult over 16 years old who has never been baptized, or who has been baptized in another Christian religion and desired to become a Catholic, or someone who, although baptized in the Catholic Church has not been raised as such, and has not practiced their Catholic faith.
Weekly classes begin in September and conclude four weeks after Easter.
Our classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and are conducted by an RCIA team made up of parisioners.
